REFLECTION QUESTIONS
1) Verse 16 starts with a therefore. It points to something before. This provides context. To what is it pointing here?
2) Don’t we often lose heart too easily? How do we change that behavior?
3) This is Paul who is speaking about “our light and momentary troubles.” He has experienced a very hard life for the sake of the gospel. And still, he says the hardships cannot compare to the eternal glory to come. Can people in the midst of their struggles really hear this encouragement?
4) How is it possible to fix your eyes on what is unseen?
5) Think about gravity. Think about magnetism. Think about the wind. Try to recall a time or incident in your life when the “unseen” was very REAL.
